The REAL Aussie Uggs!!!
To those saying these are a cheap substitute for real Australian uggs DO YOUR RESEARCH! These are one of the ONLY ugg boots available on the US market that are made with 100% Australian sheepskin unlike others that claim to be Australian (even including it in their brand name) but are really an American owned company who get their boots made in China and don't use 100% Australian wool products the only use a small percentage and substitute the rest with inferior blends.
These boots are not meant to be washed and the will be very snug when you first put them on as the wool takes a few days to mold around our foot. If you are planning on wearing these outside you should waterproof them. Ugg boots were originally designed to be like a slipper you wont get many self-respecting Australians wearing them outside unless they don't care what they look like the name "Ugg" comes from UGLY!
As an Australian these are the only ugg boots I would buy outside of Australia and I wouldn't be caught dead in those inferior substitutes that call themselves Australian but cost twice the price.

Perfect!
Perfect in every way...these boots are exactly what I was hoping for. I have a wide foot and they fit just right. No need to break them in...wore them all day when I got them and they were as comfortable as my old tried and true boots. I love that I can wear them folded over half way straight up or any where in between. As a bonus they are INCREDIBLY warm! Really you should get these boots...

A comfortable and budget-friendly alternative
My husband bought the Bronte Lo in black for me for Christmas and I've worn them just about every day since. I also have a pair of tall Uggs which I find have less arch support than my EMUs--they're both very comfortable and provide equal warmth but I'd choose the EMUs if I was planning on walking around NYC all day.
There's really no difference in look so if that's what you're after these will save you $60+ over comparable Uggs. But remember these are suede with a wool lining whereas Uggs and the next level up for EMU the Stinger are sheepskin in and out (which is softer). To me the wool lining is soft enough to wear without socks and the suede upper is thicker and will look newer longer than the sheepskin. I like both versions but if you're on a tight budget you will definitely get your money's worth with the Bronte.
EMUs run a little big and wide and they will stretch (plus the wool will compress) within a week so by all means size down. I'm a true 8.5 ordered an 8 and they're roomy enough to fit a thick sock. Do yourself a favor and spray them with a leather/suede protector before wearing them outside to prevent water salt and mud stains.

Comfy and Cute
I was annoyed when I ordered the shoes to find no reviews available but they were so cute and the sale price of under $60 (down from $130) plus free shipping was hard to beat: factoring in shipping costs similar items that were not real suede like these boots were ended up costing about the same. I have another pair of ALDO shoes and am aware they run a little small; I normally wear a 6 or 6.5 so I ordered a 7. The shoes arrived quickly and were just as pictured although the three pictures online do not show the inner surface of the boots which has a half-length zipper. I put them on right away over jeans; there was plenty of room to tuck them in and wear thick socks too. The boots were not too large and not tight or pinching in the toes (I have a narrow foot and sometimes it slides forward in other shoes pinching my toes). In fact they were incredibly comfortable and I kept them on all day! I received lots of compliments from girls and guys (who are harder to please when it comes to furry boots; they are pickier about what looks ridiculous and what looks cute). I ordered the palest color of the boots and was very pleased. I may order a different color when budget allows...

Great for wider calf buyers!
I love these boots for my wide calves! I have Uggs and Chookas and both fit too snugly to easily fit jeans inside. But since these boots wrap and tie I am able to slide jeans in with no problem. It's not just the side opening that's helpful for wearing them this way. Overall they seem to be a more generous fit through the upper foot ankle and calf. The only downside to this is that my size 8 feet are a little small for the size 8 boots I got. But the great color fun ties and high quality sheepskin merino and outsole more than make up for it! A great boot at a great price. I am going to buy my sister a pair!

Not as good as Ugg Australia and be careful with the size!
When I bought a pair of these boots I ended up with the wrong size because they come out A LOT smaller than an Ugg Australia Classic or Ultra boot. I would advise anybody considering these boots to BUY TRUE TO SIZE NOT DOWN ONE SIZE.
As for the quality of these boots this is my edited review after wearing them for a bit and I have to say maybe it's partially my leg and foot shape but they don't fit half as snugly and comfortably as Ugg Australia boots. The larger size was too big for me so I can't actually wear any size of these boots comfortable (US7 too small US8 too big!) they may be more suited to folk with wide feet and sturdy ankles.
I am a complete Ugg Australia convert now have two pairs and looking to buy two more. Much as I hate to jump on a bandwagon Ugg Australia boots are something special and these Bearpaw boots while not badly made feel much stiffer and not like a second skin like Ugg Australia boots - not in the same league I'd advise to pay the extra especially if you are of petite/skinny build.
To enable comparison to the 'equivalent' UA Ultra Tall boots I have added a product link:
Ugg WOMENS ULTRA TALL

LOVE LOVE LOVE these boots! Says Greg's wife!
My parents treat my family to Christmas in Vail each year. I have always admired by far the gorgeous fur boots that the wealthy sport on the mountain. Since I was a child I wanted a pair of my own...
I have searched the web for years to find a pair that we could budget for - that look like the $350+ boots I coveted. I was excited when I saw these! However due to the review that was posted I was worried about the quality when I ordered them.
When they arrived I was so relieved! The feathers do not appear to easily fall off as the other review stated. The boots are top quality. I am very fussy. This actually is the first review I am inspired to take the time to write. I wear an 8 1/2 and ordered a 9 it is a perfect fit!
Comfortable and stylish! Totally LOVE them! Now when I am skiing with my family over the holiday I can pretend to be one of the wealthy trophy wives for the week! Ha!

FURTASTIC!!!
I was a sexy snow bunny for Halloween this year and the furry boot covers truly made the costume stand out. The boot covers were soft and durable and the leg grips held firmly to my leg. I would recommend these quality boot covers for anyone who wants to make a costume statement for a great price!

Cute wintry boots!
These are really cute just as pictured. My only complaint is that since they shoes are made of synthetic materials they don't breathe that well. My feet get a little sweaty in there but should be better with socks. They have a nice faux shearling on the inside. The fur and suede are realistic looking and the beads are really sewn on. Good quality overall!
